Guardian Angels Enterprises, L3C
Service, honor, legacy.
We are the voice, the volunteers, and the advocacy engine of the Lighthouse rural-veterans ecosystem. Guardian Angels Enterprises tells the stories, mobilizes the people, and carries the message — so that rural veterans across Louisiana are seen, heard, and never forgotten.

Our mark
Service, honor, legacy — in motion
What we do
Three pillars. One promise.
Every rural veteran deserves a champion. Guardian Angels keeps that promise through three coordinated pillars of work.
Advocacy
We amplify what the data already shows: 65% of rural veterans report difficulty navigating resources, versus 46% of veterans overall. We carry that reality to coalitions, partners, and decision-makers — nonpartisan, veteran-centered, and relentless — so rural voices are counted and rural needs are funded.
See our advocacy workVolunteers
The ecosystem runs on people who show up. We recruit, train, and deploy volunteers across every sibling entity — M-TOC outreach events, benefits-navigation support, memorial story collection, bootcamp mentoring, and disaster-response staging. Your hours become someone's turning point.
Find your roleCommunications
One consistent message, everywhere a veteran might hear it. We run the ecosystem's website, app, podcast, newsletter, blog, bot, and social channels as an integrated "surround sound" strategy — so a housing article on the site becomes an app alert and a podcast interview the same week.

What Guardian Angels runs
Each platform reinforces the others. Consistent messaging — service opportunities, program deadlines, veteran stories — delivered across every channel rural veterans actually use.
Website
The public gateway: benefits information, housing programs, referral directories, event calendars, and online sign-ups for the entire ecosystem.
Mobile App
The engagement hub: push notifications, interactive tools, offline resources, and real-time support links that reach veterans where they are.
Podcast
Episodes by and for veterans — stories, interviews, and rural-resource deep dives. "Bringing veterans to veterans" is the best rehabilitation.
Resource Bot
An always-on assistant that answers the first question — benefits, housing, events — and routes veterans to a human navigator fast.
Newsletter
A steady drumbeat of deadlines, openings, wins, and volunteer calls delivered straight to inboxes across our four Louisiana regions.
Blog
Longer-form education: how to navigate a claim, what a PIT count misses, what a rural culinary incubator actually does for a parish.
Social Media
Daily presence on the channels our audiences use — coordinated campaigns for events, coalition drives, and memorial dedications.
Guardian Light Memorial
The ecosystem's living memorial — the Digital Wall of Honor, story archive, and tribute program we steward with reverence.
Guardian Light Veterans Legacy Memorial
Preserving the Legacy. Restoring the Light.
A living memorial — not "in memory of," but "in continuation of." We remember service, preserve stories, uplift families, restore visibility, and inspire future advocacy.
Digital Wall of Honor
Searchable memorial profiles that keep every veteran's name, service, and legacy visible to the communities they served.
Legacy Story Archive
Recorded oral histories — voices preserved before they are lost, gathered by trained volunteer story collectors.
Legacy Activation Fund
Scholarships, service projects, and named tributes that turn remembrance into living impact for the next generation.
Their Service Still Lights the Way.
Volunteer mobilization
The mission needs your hands
Rural support networks are sparse — that is exactly why volunteers matter more here than anywhere else. When the M-TOC (Mobile Triage Outreach Cavalry) rolls into a parish, volunteers set up, register, and guide. When a widow wants her husband's story preserved, a trained volunteer interviewer sits with her. When a bootcamp cohort needs mentors, veterans who have been there raise their hands.
You bring the willingness. We bring the training, the coordination, and a community that recognizes what you give.

Staff M-TOC mobile outreach days and community resource fairs across the Florida Parishes and beyond.
Memorial story collectors
Interview veterans and families, record oral histories, and help build the Legacy Story Archive.
Communications volunteers
Write, edit, produce podcast segments, and manage social content for the ecosystem's channels.
Benefits-navigation helpers
Support navigators with paperwork prep, follow-up calls, and warm hand-offs — training provided.
Siloed but connected
How Guardian Angels connects the ecosystem
Four entities, one mission: to serve as a force multiplier connecting rural veterans and their families to earned benefits, transitional housing, and sustainable economic opportunity.
Eagle Enterprises Consortium, L3C (EEC)
The umbrella entity — coordination, accountability, subscription services, and bootcamps. We carry EEC's programs to the public and staff its outreach events with volunteers.
Lighthouse Community Development Corporation (LCDC)
Housing pathways, benefits navigation, and direct services. We tell the stories of veterans LCDC houses — and recruit the volunteer support its navigators rely on.
RV3 — Rural Veterans Vanguard of Valor Foundation
The philanthropic arm. Our storytelling and memorial stewardship give donors a reason to give; RV3 turns that generosity into funded programs.
Guardian Angels Enterprises, L3C — this site
Stories and advocacy flow out from here; intake and services flow through our siblings. One voice, one visual identity, one message across every channel.
The rural veteran reality
Lend your voice. Give your time. Guard the light.
Whether you volunteer an afternoon, endorse the coalition, sponsor a tribute, or simply share a veteran's story — you become part of the promise that service, honor, and legacy will not fade in rural Louisiana.
